Lowell Legacy Hotel

The Lowell Legacy Hotel is a proposed 6-storey, 80-room boutique hotel in the Downtown Mixed-Use (DMU) district. The hotel will be built on two abutting parcels located at the intersection of Shattuck and Market St, opposite the Lowell National Historical Park. One parcel is currently improved with the Putnam Building, a historic building, which houses the developers’ family restaurant. The other is a vacant lot used for parking. Construction will commence on the vacant lot, in tandem with the Putnam Building’s renovation before connecting the two structures to form the hotel.

Hotel amenities will include a lobby lounge, car drop-off area, a 120-seat restaurant, a 60-person meeting space and café.
